On July 23, 2010, and in a very special ceremony, Yacuma Lodge was awarded with the
Terra Luz recognition. This was presented for the efforts of Yacuma Ecolodge regarding
Sustainability, Conservation of the Yacuma Protected Rainforest Reserve, and its support to
the local Indigenous Chontayacu Community.
